Hi, although I see you have been waiting for over a week I would try to be patient. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but in cases like this, if the casino has a delay, there's nothing more you can do. 

We give casinos 14 days to send you the money and if they don't you can come back and we will try to help you. 

Anyway, when your withdrawal is processed, are you withdrawing here for the first time? Didn't you have to verify or are you already verified?
