The player, Spieler, made a deposit of €100 and received an offer on a bonus where he received another €100 and he accepted it. Later on, he had won, requested a withdrawal and it began processing. The casino requested documents for verification but when no one contacted Spieler to give him an update, he contacted the chat himself but it was pointless. The chat representative was rude to Spieler and disconnected the conversation. The next day, he received an email where he was asked to send the copy of his wife's passport and he also included a copy of the permission to use her credit card. Again, nobody contacted Spieler so he had to check himself while his account was blocked in the meantime. He was told that he tried to login into his account three times in the row with a wrong password. That was a lie, Spieler said. When the casino replied to the complaint, they said that the reason why they closed the account was that the player used a third party payment method and all the documents were under the review. Soon after that, he received an email where he was asked to submit the wife's account information, which to Spieler meant that no winning would be received, just the deposit. The player decided to file a complaint at the MGA (Malta Gaming Association) and at the Ministry of consumer protection in Austria and Germany. Even though the player was able to provide a proof that he was allowed to use the credit card in the question, the complaint never got resolved.
