I tried to withdraw the amount of 2130 from my account and it was 'pending' for several days, then my withdrawal was canceled and they asked for a new KYC verification.

They asked for a deposit slip with bank details.

I sent it and the document still counts as pending, it's been a week and they still disabled the withdrawal button on the site.
