I've been playing at this online casino for some time and have never had any problems withdrawing money. On 19/08/2025 I made a withdrawal of 170 € and they asked me for my account statement to confirm a deposit of 10 €. They blocked my access to my account and didn't transfer the withdrawal I had requested.
As I still didn't have access to the statement from the bank, which only issues the statement on the 19th of each month, I was given 30 days from 19/08/2025 to send it. I finished sending it on the 30th (when it was available from the bank)
in the morning at around 9 a.m., believing that the deadline was only 11:59 p.m. that day. However, as soon as I sent it, they closed my account and didn't reply to the email where I attached the statement.

Jogo neste casino online há algum tempo e nunca tinha tido problemas para levantar dinheiro. No dia 19/08/2025 fiz um levantamento de 170 € e pediram-me o extrato da conta para confirmar um depósito de 10 €.Bloqueram-me o acesso a minha conta e não me fizeram o transferencia do levantamento que tinha pedido.
Como ainda não tinha acesso ao extrato por parte da entidade bancária que só emite o extrato dia 19 de cada mes, deram-me 30 dias a partir do dia 19/08/2025 para o enviar. Acabei de o enviar no 30.º dia(quando estava disponivel pela entidade bancaria)
de manhã por volta das 9 h, acreditando que o prazo terminava apenas às 23h59 desse dia. No entanto, assim que enviei, fecharam a minha conta e não responderam ao email onde anexei o extrato.
Estou desolado com a atitude do casino, pois cumpri o prazo estabelecido e mesmo assim bloquearam a minha conta e não me transferiram o meu saldo.
