I started playing on vulkanvegas because it have really good reviews, but i did regret it

I did write to the live chat because i didnt got my withdraw for a while

When i asked about it they asked the id card again (i dont know why when they already have it) i sent it and after that they said i violated their rules, thats all

They stole all of my money and wanted to bribe me with 100 euro and keep the rest (they offered me so many time it was suspicious too) they said they keep the money because i did violeted their terms with 2 sepreate bets on the same match, it was not even a crazy amount (400 and 500 euro, so not even a 1000 euro on a huge market, and their max bet was about 2000 euro), any other casino was completly fine with it, they was not able to send me any proof from the terms how i broke their rules so the whole thing is made up to steal, i sent my id card and every other document so my account is verified

I played both casino and sport, i won very little about 70 euro with bonus

And i played everything correctly as always, i never had this problem with other bookmaker, please help me, thank you

Also, upon investigation, the following rule was also breached:

12.In case we determine the player is using a bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at safe wagering of this bonus, the player will be immediately deprived of the current real and bonus balances, and may as well get blocked for the bonus abuse. 

Specifically: Placing unusually large or strategically timed bets to manipulate the bonus system—such as leaving high-stake wagers open in games like blackjack, or placing sportsbook bets on extremely low odds (e.g., below 1.20)—with the intention of settling them only after meeting bonus wagering requirements.

Hello, the limit on these baseball games are 2000+ euro, i checked it now, I dont know how its a crime to place 2 bets instead of 1, once again these bets was not even that huge and i was way below the max bet limit

I did not bypass any limits

Also i did not had any sport bonus

Also sometimes i do like to bet on small odds too

I placed small bets also when i had 0 bonus, so it was not intentional

You can deduct the 70 euro what i won from the bonus, but you want to steal all of my money because i placed 2 bets, not 1, its a joke

A bet a lot of players place 2 bets even 3 or 4 and you guys ban them too?
