I have been waiting for multiple withdrawals since April 20 (total pending: CAD 2,250) with an additional casino balance of approximately CAD 5,000.

My withdrawal attempts have been repeatedly cancelled or left pending. I have tried multiple payment methods (Visa, Interac, and bank transfer), but none have worked consistently. Bank transfer requests required an IBAN format, which is not compatible with Canadian banking.

Support responses have been generic and repetitive, often asking to resubmit withdrawals without resolving the underlying issue or providing a working method.

At this stage, there is no clear or functional withdrawal process available for Canadian players, and no confirmed timeline for payouts.

I have also escalated the issue through Casino Guru, but there has been no resolution yet.

I am sharing this to document the ongoing withdrawal issues and lack of clarity regarding payments.

I think that since they transferred the first installment to me, the documents are ok and I received the first transfer the next week after the application.

I would like to share my recent experience with Dudespin.

I requested a withdrawal of €410 on April 27, 2026. According to the casino, processing should normally take 1-3 days. However, the withdrawal is still in "Pending" status.

I have contacted support many times now and for days I have mainly received similar answers such as:

"manual inspection"

"final processing phase"

"Please be patient a little longer."

Everything is fine with my account,
