I'm trying to open a complaint because the casino banned my account and is not replying to my messages but it keeps getting denied here because "Unfortunately, we do not have a branch that deals with sports betting complaints at this time"

I don't even know the reason of the ban! I made the complaint so maybe you could try to get in touch with the casino. And if they don't reply to you as well, maybe their safety index score will drop and less people will get scammed in the future.

Hi, I think you have it explained quite well in the introduction. As we are not involved in sports betting and we don't have experts here, we are not able to deal with such complaints. That's why it says just that, and although I'm sorry, we don't deal with these situations.
