I won 1500 yesterday on go go gold casino but before I won that I have withdrew about 12 times between 80-200$ and it always hit my account within minutes of me doing my REDEMPTION. As soon as I hit my 1500sc yesterday I attempted to withdraw it like all the previous times and this time it doesn't hit my account. I have reached out to every customer service I could find and I have not heard anything back! How can they give me my winnings on small amounts but nothing on the 1500? I am also a PLATINUM VIP holder so every time I make a redemption it is supposed to hit my account within the hour and I am also supposed to have 24/7 customer service but that was also a lie! If anyone can help me get my redemption i will pay anyone that can help me get ehat I won or can atleast point me in the right direction! It says right there at the bottom of the screenshot that it may take 1 to 2 weeks to verify you are not a robot, that's their way of saying it may take up to 2 weeks to pay you.
