i told them it was gambling but the funds never went in to my account. 95% of the casinos I used didn’t ask me for ID or verification so they sided with me and made Revolut charge them back
They aren't gambling transactions though by Mastercard/VISA definition! You need to push back on the MCC's and copy the evidence and media articles. You can find all of them and the evidence on here.
You need to raise them as Goods and Services not received mate - show comms with the merchants. The bank have to attempt it. 99% of the time the merchant won't respond- when they do it is normally with some fraudulent nonsense.
Explain it is not a gambling MCC 7995 so therefore under Mastercard T&Cs they can do so. They are misinterpreting the rules of the scheme...they can't be charged back if MCC 7995 was used as it legitimises the gambling nature of the payment - if it isn't used then it isn't "gambling related" under the scheme rules.
Completely irrelevant. Your going against merchants not the casino if done the right way - obviously we all know it is the casino hiding the funds but it isn't relevant. If a bookseller have provided you no books and no receipts and don't respond then you didn't receive the goods and services.
