Can somebody help me with the following, I’ve done 7 chargebacks with Monzo and they’re asking for more info.

What screenshots do I give them? Just the screenshot of the deposit to the illegal gambling site? They ask for info on the contact with merchant - I haven’t got any. Will the deposits to site suffice for the chargeback? Do I claim random goods not sent to me? Thanks for help

Im emailed 5 times a day from dodgy sites with the .ru tag - no coincidence and abundantly clear that the casinos I have used have sold my data to that market and plenty of places in India(get about 3 phonecalls and texts a day from there).

Not suggesting that the poster is dodgy because they had a Russian tag - I just wanted to rant about the constant stream of crap I receive from .ru emails!

Another Revolut special that sounds like - not to worry - they will struggle to be granted their banking licence in the UK. The sheer volume of complaints against this bank are staggering. They have active payment contracts with several of these casinos as well - not a conflict of interest at all is it.....

Get yourself to GA! Its the mindset you need to change. Every tool like Gamstop, bank blocks etc are just that - tools....they don't make you stop wanting to gamble. GA is there to change your mindset and it works - been there for months now and don't even think about gambling other than resolving this shitshow with dodgy sites.
