22betの誤った賭け評価

I wrote to 22bet to say that a bet had been incorrectly evaluated.

The Russian Student League lasts two 40-minute matches, and 22bet's live betting section showed the match until the 38th minute. The score was 0-0, and bets were still available.

They wanted to see an official page with the results, but according to chatgpt there isn't one.

The game took place on October 7th and one team had also played on October 6th with a 3-0 halftime score and final result.

I checked the bet later and apparently the score was 3-0 at halftime.

I asked Chatgpt and looked it up myself and everywhere it says 0:0.

I then asked for a link to see the results, but there isn't one.

Official Russian sites do not publish student league results.

If it were only about 5 euros, I would complete it, but unfortunately this is about 400 euros.

Does anyone know what can be done?

Die Russische Studentenliga geht 2x40 Minuten und bis zur 38. Minute wurde es bei 22bet auch im live wetten Bereich gezeigt. Es stand 0:0 und Wetten konnten immer noch abgeschlossen werden.

Sie wollten eine offizielle Seite mit dem Ergebnis sehen, es gibt aber laut chatgpt keine.

Das Spiel fand am 7.10 statt und das eine Team hatte auch am 6.10 gespielt mit 3:0 Halbzeitstand sowie Entstand.

Ich habe dann später die Wette kontrolliert und angeblich stand es zur Halbzeit 3:0.

Ich fragte Chatgpt und schaute auch selbst nach und überall steht 0:0.

Ich fragte dann nach einen Link um das Ergebnis anschauen zu können, gibt es nicht.

Offizielle Russische Seiten veröffentlichen keine Studentenliga Ergebnisse.

Wenns hier nur um 5 Euro ginge, würde ich es abschließen, es geht hier aber leider um 400 Euro.

Weiß jemand was man machen kann?

I've done some research online, and everywhere it says 0-0. As I said, I followed the game myself on two live tickers. 2 minutes and 3 goals is impossible, and of course, there are no official sources.

Kontakt hatte ich schon, die nehmen es nur wenn seriöse Quellen, dann fragte ich nach deren Quellen, haben sie nicht.

That’s precisely why bookmakers usually restrict betting to events where the results can be verified by an independent and reputable source. Otherwise, it becomes a dead end like this one.

If you’ve already contacted 22bet and they insist on an "official" source (which doesn’t exist in this case), then unfortunately there’s very little that can be done unless they decide to review the settlement internally.

It’s definitely frustrating, but I’d still suggest asking them to provide their source of the 3–0 result in writing. If they can’t, you could ask them to escalate it to their data provider for verification and then reach out to any form of sports betting-related authorities. However, this is also quite a tight spot, I guess.

I fear they still might want to pass on any cooperation in that regard...
