更新 --- 75ドルのキャッシュアウトを実際に受け取りました。身分証明書をアップロードしてから6日ほどかかり、少し早口で苦情を申し立ててしまったようです。最初の出金には最大2週間かかることがあるとは知りませんでした。それを考慮すると、最初の出金がたったの6日というのはかなり早いですね。次回はもう少し早くなることを願っています！私の辛辣なレビューは無視してください！この会社はちゃんとしていて、ちゃんと支払いをしてくれます。
賞金を支払わない
入金不要ボーナスを利用し、利用規約に記載されている最大出金額の$75を獲得しました。賭け条件は40倍でした。出金しようとしたところ、「最低20ユーロの入金と3倍のプレイスルー」といった確認入金が必要だと言われました。ライブチャットで、これが入金不要ボーナスの出金条件の最終条件なのかを3回尋ねましたが、「はい、20ユーロを使い切ったら出金できます」と何度も言われました。20ユーロを使い切ってから出金リクエストを出しましたが、すぐに却下されました。ライブチャットに問い合わせたところ、身分証明書のアップロードが必要だと言われました… 必須ではないと言われたにもかかわらずです。
すぐに従い、要求された書類を送りました。書類は承認され、「財務部門の承認後」出金手続きが開始されると言われました。それが9月10日のことでしたが、出金手続きはまだ保留中です。
ライブチャットでは「長くはかからない」と言われました。予想所要時間を尋ねても、「財務チーム次第」としか返答がありません。資金は受け取れると何度も言われているのですが、まだ何も確認できていません。
入金前にライブチャットの担当者に、この20ユーロの入金が私の資金の最後であり、余計な手続きや入金待ちの時間を無駄にしたくない、出金が確認・保証されれば入金手続きを進めたい、そしてそれが必要な最後のステップだと伝えました。担当者は「はい、20ユーロを使い切ったら出金が承認されます」と答えました。
これは嘘でした。私の出金はまだ保留中です。彼らはお金を渡すためならどんなことでも嘘をつきます。しかし、一度お金を受け取ると、支払いを避け、状況報告もせず、追加書類の提出も要求しません。なぜ「即時」や「数分以内」に支払われるとのレビューがあるのでしょうか。それは嘘です。彼らはいつ支払われるかさえ分かっていません。ただ「財務チームの仕事です」と言うだけです。財務チームと話したいと言っても、それは不可能だと言われます。
詐欺カジノです。Dama NVの評判はまるで嘘のようです。出金できたら喜んでレビューを更新しますが、現時点では、これはまた別の詐欺カジノだと思います。これまで何度も遭遇してきた、あまりにもお馴染みの詐欺の手口ですが、明らかに詐欺カジノとして知られているものと同じ展開になっています。
彼らからの出金を期待して息を詰めて待つのはやめましょう。彼らは、人々が面倒な出金手続きを諦めて、ただ単に問い合わせをやめてくれることを期待しているのです。彼らが直接拒否するか承認するまで、私は止まりません。
UPDATED --- I did in fact receive my $75 cashout. It took about 6 days after uploading identity documents and I guess I was a bit hasty with my complaint. I didn't know that first withdrawal can supposedly take up to 2 weeks - So keeping that in mind, only 6 days for first withdrawal seems pretty fast. Just hoping the next ones are a bit faster! Disregard my bitchy review! These guys are legit and DO PAY.
WILL NOT PAY ME MY WINNINGS
I used a no deposit bonus and won $75, the max cashout stated in the terms. Completed the 40x wagering. When trying to withdraw my funds, I was told I needed to make some sort of confirmation deposit of "At least 20EUR and playthrough 3x". I asked 3 times in the live chat whether this would be the last requirement to withdraw the no deposit winnings - I was told repeatedly "Yes, once you've played through 20EUR you will be able to withdraw your money". I played through the 20EUR, made a withdrawal request which was promptly declined. When I asked live chat, they said I need to upload ID verification documents... Despite being told this wasn't going to be required.
I complied immediately, sent the requested documents. I was told they have been approved and my withdrawal will be processed "once the finance team approves it". That was September 10th and my withdrawal is still pending.
Live chat informed me 'it wont take long'. I asked the expected timeframe and they can't give you anything other than "it's up to the finance team". They repeatedly tell me I will receive my funds but I'm yet to see anything.
I informed the live chat rep before depositing that this 20EUR deposit was the last of my funds and I can not afford to be messed around with additional steps and time to wait for the money, and I would only proceed with the deposit if they could confirm and guarantee a withdrawal and that was the last step required. They said 'Yes, once you've played through 20EUR your withdrawal will be approved'.
This was a lie, as my withdrawal is still pending. They will lie about anything they can to get you to hand over money - but once they've got your money, they just avoid paying you, they don't keep you up to date, haven't requested any additional documents. Not sure why there are reviews here saying they pay out 'immediately' or 'within minutes'. That is a lie. They don't even know when they will pay you - They just say 'its the finance teams job'. If you ask to speak to the finance team, they say that is not possible.
Scam casino. So much for Dama N.V being reputable. Will happily update this review if I ever receive my withdrawal but at this point I believe this is just another scam casino. All too familiar scam process that I've dealt with a good handful of times now, it's playing out exactly the same as all the obvious known scam casinos.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a withdrawal from these guys. They're hoping people will give up on their tedious withdrawal process and just stop asking. I'm not going to stop until they either directly decline or approve.
