Solicitei o levantamento que ficou pendente e passado umas horas recebi um e-mail a pedir documentos, respondi ao e-mail e nunca mais obtive resposta entro em contato com o chat ao vivo mas mais parece que as respostas são automatizadas porque dizem sempre a mesma coisa.
