The RTP feels good, but it doesn't matter if they don't let you withdraw your funds. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks with the usual templates given by their customer support. If you are like me, that likes to withdraw and leave an small sum to bet (says you have 95, withdraw 90 and leave 5€ to keep betting) there will appear a window to cancel the withdrawal without any confirmation needed when your fund get low. I don't recommend this casino at all, there are way better ones out there.

Edit: they did paid after 4 weeks, but no explanations were giving, no apologies, no anything, the emails I sent them were never replied either, the customer support never did anything to help and were always useless, they also paid just after contacting casino gurú. This is without doubts deliberate and I wouldn't recommend anybody to play in here.

Unacceptable withdrawal times
It took them more than 2 weeks to process a withdrawal of only 17 euros, when they promised 3 days. THEY DID NOT EVEN DO IT TO ME.

Useless and repetitive customer service
They only give automated responses like "your case is in progress," without providing real solutions or dates.

Total lack of transparency
They never explain why the withdrawal is delayed nor do they provide access to the actual status of the process.

They do not allow withdrawals with decimal amounts.
If you have, for example, €17.32, they won't let you withdraw the €0.32, forcing you to keep betting or let it go. It's an absurd and dishonest practice.

Platform not regulated in Spain or Europe
They operate under a PAGCOR license (Philippines), so there are no guarantees or consumer protections in the EU.

Small withdrawals are blocked or delayed
If this happens with €17, it is worrying to imagine what would happen with larger amounts.

Suspicions of malicious practices
Everything seems designed to exhaust the user and make them give up on claiming their money.

Zero commitment to the customer
They offer no compensation, no apologies, and no follow-up. The service is impersonal and negligent.

Confusing and frustrating system from the start
Registration, verification, and payments are slow and deliberately complicated.

I don't recommend this platform to anyone. It was a waste of time and a negative experience in every way.

Solo dan respuestas automáticas como "su caso está en proceso", sin dar soluciones reales ni fechas.

Falta total de transparencia
Nunca explican por qué se retrasa el retiro ni dan acceso al estado real del proceso.

No permiten retirar cantidades con decimales
Si tienes, por ejemplo, 17,32 €, no te dejan retirar los 0,32, obligándote a seguir apostando o dejarlos perder. Es una práctica absurda y deshonesta.

Plataforma no regulada en España o Europa
Operan bajo licencia PAGCOR (Filipinas), por lo que no hay garantías ni protección al consumidor en la UE.

Bloquean o dilatan retiros pequeños
Si esto ocurre con 17 €, es preocupante imaginar qué pasaría con cantidades mayores.

Sospechas de prácticas malintencionadas
Todo parece diseñado para agotar al usuario y hacer que desista de reclamar su dinero.

Cero compromiso con el cliente
No ofrecen compensaciones, ni disculpas, ni seguimiento. El servicio es impersonal y negligente.

Sistema confuso y frustrante desde el inicio
Registro, verificación y pagos son lentos y deliberadamente complicados.

No recomiendo esta plataforma a nadie. Ha sido una pérdida de tiempo y una experiencia negativa en todos los sentidos.

The most important thing first: do NOT use this bookie before this case is resolved,they do not pay out winnings!

I have now had a case going on for about 4 weeks without them paying out a single penny, constant training and promises without any money coming into my account and in the end I no longer received a response to my email. When I contact them on live chat 5 days later they say that the case is listed as resolved in the system. A big red flag that they mark something as resolved when no money has been paid out.

He on chat says on 27/6 that it will be fixed asap he just needs revolutinfo. I am stating this again even though all revolutinfo was sent in on 18/6.

It has now been about another week, still no money has come in and no feedback on email
