I went over six months without playing with a zero casino balance. I never made a single withdrawal. When I started playing again, I deposited money into a new bank account that I legally verified with a valid certificate from my bank, and they accepted it without any problems. The problem is that after playing and winning something from those new deposits, I requested a withdrawal and...ta-da! They asked me to verify an old card that I'd never used again and that was canceled last year. It's therefore destroyed and unrecoverable. Otherwise, there's NO withdrawal. Nice, right?

Mi experiencia en el juego bien. El problema viene cuando quieres retirar alguna ganacia conseguida lícitamente. Ahí empieza el calvario: me han cancelado varias veces mis solicitudes de retirada. Sus argumentos? Por mi seguridad me piden el oro y el moro de documentación. Y para ingresar dinero y jugar? Pues nada, sólo el DNI. Donde está esa preocupación por mi seguridad? Adivinar vosotros mismos.
Estuve más de 6 meses sin jugar con el saldo del casino a 0. Nunca hize retirada alguna. Al volver a jugar deposito dinero con una nueva cuenta bancaria que verifiqué legalmente con un certificado válido de mi banco y que aceptaron sin problemas. La cuestión es que después de jugar y ganar algo generado con esos nuevos depósitos solicito una retirada y....tachán! me piden que verifique una tarjeta antigua que no he utilizado nunca más y que se canceló el año pasado, con lo cual está destruida y es irrecuperable, sino NO hay retirada. Bonito verdad?
Te inundan de correos electrónicos diciendote que es por mi seguridad y bla, bla, bla..pero es una táctica para que te aburras y desistas de cobrar el dinero. En otras plataformas es muy fácil actualizar los sistemas de pago y solo verifican los actuales que estan en activo y se han usado para jugar...pero aquí no. Por tanto, un 0 para este casino, del cual ya he cerrado para siempre mi cuenta. No dejéis que os tomen el pelo con las retiradas, haran cuanto puedan para que os canséis de solicitarlas...eso sí, siempre por vuestra seguridad. Amén!
P.D: Nunca pude retirar mi dinero. Lo gasté todo jugando antes de cerrar la cuenta.
