My account was closed without warning on June 13, 2025, and to date, I have not received any concrete explanation or been allowed to recover the funds I had in my account.

In the days leading up to the closing, I fully cooperated with the entire verification process, submitting:

Color photographs of my ID card on both sides, in the required quality and format (JPG, more than 1MB).

• A selfie with the document next to my face, also showing the inbox with the security team's email.
• A second, higher quality selfie, as requested.
• A PDF bank statement downloaded directly from my bank, clearly showing my name, account number, and required details.

After all this, I was told my information was "under review," and within hours, I received a final notification stating that my account had been permanently closed for an alleged serious violation of the Terms and Conditions. I was never told which rule I had violated, nor was I allowed to appeal.

Furthermore, in the same final message, they indicate that the funds have already been "withdrawn" from my account, without clarifying whether they will be returned to me or if they were simply confiscated by the company. I find this unacceptable.

I've never done anything wrong. I haven't used bonuses or promotions, I've never created multiple accounts, and my bets have been legitimate, just like any other user. I've also never been accused of fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity. Luego de todo esto, me dijeron que mis datos estaban "bajo revisión" y, en cuestión de horas, recibí una notificación final diciendo que mi cuenta había sido cerrada definitivamente, por una supuesta violación grave a los Términos y Condiciones. Jamás se me indicó qué regla habría infringido, ni se me permitió apelar.

Además, en el mismo mensaje final indican que los fondos ya fueron "retirados" de mi cuenta, sin aclarar si me los devolverán o si fueron simplemente confiscados por la empresa. Esto me parece inaceptable.

Nunca he hecho nada indebido. No he utilizado bonos ni promociones, nunca he creado múltiples cuentas, y mis apuestas han sido legítimas, como cualquier otro usuario. Tampoco se me ha acusado de fraude, suplantación ni actividad ilegal. Simplemente solicité un retiro de mis fondos, como ya había hecho anteriormente sin ningún tipo de problema, y tras iniciar el proceso de verificación, la consecuencia fue el cierre de mi cuenta y la pérdida de acceso a mi dinero.

Considero que el trato que recibí ha sido totalmente injusto, abusivo y opaco. Me preocupa que este tipo de acciones estén siendo aplicadas sin base, y que los fondos de los usuarios se retengan arbitrariamente, incluso después de haber cumplido con todas las exigencias impuestas.
