Pls save me from this fraud casino. Casino guru pls don't promote this scam who has robbed thousands and has the highest complaints and highest instances of locking and stealing from winnings it cannot be trusted. It lies about deposits not being credit so it can steal personal information.

400 inr txn they created ticket and failed it again now saying come back after 24 Hours

Yesterday the site asked me to send again bank statement and five times before already sent and once more they say bank statement not enough send video proof and that too I sent. As stated again and again multiple times. We don't consider this complaint anymore. It should have been closed upon the resolution of the initial case, and then made a new complaint for any other issue. We don't consider any proofs submitted after the initial complaint as posted multiple times by me that user has to close the complaint and go for the new one. We are unable to assist with this unfortunately. Any other orders which has crossed the 30 days mark is not possible for us to investigate.

Even if the original issue has been resolved, it's unnecessary to ask players to file a new complaint if the same issue can be discussed in the same thread. The disputed amount can be adjusted as well.

From our point of view even though the player didn't follow our recommendation to stop depositing, that doesn't mean his lost deposits should remain unaddressed.

Since the casino suggested this as a solution I would recommend you contact your bank and request it for the transactions that weren't credited to your casino account, and to keep this recommendation record in case you face issues in the future.

This is nothing but a complete and total scam. They have stolen my deposits.

Upi txns cannot be reversed else they would not offer them. They cannot be chargeback.

It proves bc game is a rogue casino and won't hesitate about lying, cheating. If customers could charge back bc game would not offer upi txns in the first place.

All games have bugs bonus are a joke customer service is a joke and no money si safe here.

They have not credited my deposits despite all proof it is a rogue casino and you should avoid and you will be scammed here. Don't mark it as resolved and this case should serve as a warning for anyone who puts money here today me tomorrow you.
