recently i created account in betcoin.ag cassino many times deposite and withdrow in this cassino this time i won 0.5 eth when i try to withdrow my money cassino team blocked my account. cassino team made allegation on me you have mullitple account but cassino team not able to provide any proof , i am not created multipple account please help to fix my problam

3 in this cassino no need of verifaction , i have chacked no verifaction option option avillable but when my accout blocked cassino team contacted me and provide kyc link then i completed my kyc

@sanjay5655 why would you create a new CasinoGuru account for this complaint? A legitimate player should use the same account he has created his previous complaints with.

sanjay5655, we reviewed the evidence provided by Betcoin.ag Casino Team. The casino has presented multiple similarities, discrepancies, and red flags linking your account with others. Unfortunately, our own internal findings combined with evidence strongly suggest either the operation of multiple accounts or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the casino.

We believe that the casino acted in compliance with their General T&Cs:

7.1 Each player can create only one personal user account. There can be no more than 1 account created per household, IP, crypto wallet and device. Creating multiple user accounts will lead to termination of the accounts. All betting accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. Depending on the severity of the case Betcoin.ag holds the right to withhold or take any funds deposited to pay for damages and/or the prevention of future misconduct.

Given these findings, we are unable to assist further and must reject your complaint.

For future reference, we strongly advise you to adhere closely to the casino’s Terms and Conditions and avoid any actions that could be interpreted as attempts to gain an unfair advantage, such as creating multiple accounts.
