The player's complaint had been temporarily closed by us, pending the decision of Curacao Gaming, the regulator. We had assured the player that his complaint would be automatically reopened in three months and that we would update the final verdict based on the regulator's decision. We had also asked the player to contact us as soon as he received a response from Curacao Gaming.
Unfortunately, the player has not responded to our messages and questions. Consequently, we are unable to investigate further and have no choice but to reject this complaint.
