Good morning, I signed up to the mega555.bet website and decided to play as the site does not ask for verification of documents, I won €9000 and only €421 plus €125 came into my account, I made the rest of the winnings on April 24, 2026 via VISA method, that is, P2P transfers and I have not yet received the remaining amounts. The site has a maximum limit of €500 for each withdrawal but lets you withdraw the rest of the money.

The site doesn't allow me to contact customer support, nor do I have access to an email to get in touch, but they do have an App.

How can I talk to someone at this casino site?

Will I receive my winnings?

Bom dia, inscrevi me no site mega555.bet e resolvi jogar sendo que o site nao pede verificação de documentos, ganhei 9000€ e entrou me na conta apenas 421€ mais 125€, fiz o restante valor ganho no dia 24 de abril de 2026 atraves de metodo VISA, ou seja, transferências P2P e ainda nao recebi os restantes valores. O site tem limite maximo de 500€ em cada levantamento mas deixa ter o restante dinheiro todo pendente para levantamento.

O site nao deixa ter contato de apoio ao cliente nem tenho acesso algum email para entrar em contacto mas têm App.
