Paston Casino - 選手の退出手続きが遅延しています。

Good morning,

I've always played on Paston and haven't had any problems until now. I'm trying to withdraw money and they're asking for my card to verify it. They've always verified it right away and I've made withdrawals without any problems, but now that I want to withdraw 5000, they won't verify it. They tell me there's a high volume of work and they won't give me any dates for when I can withdraw my winnings.

I would like to know what I can do in these cases since they don't give me a solution.

Siempre he jugado en paston y no he tenido ningun problema hasta ahora intento retirar el dinero y me piden la tarjeta para verificarla,siempre me la han verificado en seguida y he hecho retiros sin problemas,pero ahora que quiero retirat 5000 no me la verifican me dicen que hay mucho volumen de trabajo y no me dan fechas para poder retirar mis ganacias.

Quisiera saber que puedo hacer en estos casos ya que no me dan solucion

• Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested?
• Was your account, including the payment method, successfully verified?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
