Pin-Up Casino - プレイヤーの撤退が遅延され、ブロックされました。

I made a withdrawal of 250000 on 1st march 2025,

Pinup made three parts of my withdrawal,

83333,83333 and 83334.

Only 83333 is recieved and83334 was instantly cancelled.

83333 of second part is shown successfully credited but it has been not recieved to my bank.

Pinup has given a utr which my bank has denied for recieving.

Now its been 35 days and pin up is still wasting my time by saying different different things every time.

All the legal document has been aubmitted to pinup with bank statemet, bank letter, bank conversation.

Even after submitting all the document which shows the withdrawal of second part is not recieved ,

Pinup keep on harassing me for my money since last 35 days.

They say its an issue between pinup and payment processor.

What should i have to do for an issue between pinup and third party.

Pinup has illegally blocked my withdrawal and tortured me for 35 days.

Kindly take possible actions against pinup.

As i made a complaint on pinup regarding withdrawal on 2nd of march 2025 and they are still fooling around on the name of process and finance team task.

Their chat support dont know anything except working like a bots.

I made so many blames on pin us as they have harassed me for 35 days as a VIP player in all the possible way.

They tried to block my withdrawals again and again.

They did delayed payment for multiple times.

Pinup nowadays is working in unethical way.

Here i attach the proof where their chat support again again changing statement for same ticket and amount.

1) saying the amount is credited in bank

2) saying the amount is added back to pinup

3) the amount is pending at payment processor.

Look at the way they fool VIP players and claim to be an honest company.
