Hi, I was playing limbo on Rainbet and there was an issue with autobet. I paused it and then it suddenly started going again with 100 dollar bets instead of 10. I never bet like this and have the logs to back it up. It suddenly changed and my whole balance got wiped. I tried to stop it but it didn't let me in time. Please help if you can!

I did contact them for assistance. They were not that helpful and said that there was no technical error on their part. The chats are not helpful at all. I recovered this video however. Where can I submit the video?

We tested the game you mentioned multiple times and didn’t find anything unusual.

Your video appears to be edited — the background changes abruptly at the moment the bet increases. This behavior was never observed during our testing, whether the bet was increased manually or through automatic settings.

When we evaluate complaints, we focus on fairness. In this case, although the bet amount increased, the potential winnings would have increased as well. If you had won, I doubt you would be asking for the bet to be voided.

For these reasons, I don’t believe there is a valid basis for a refund.
