Hello, I made a deposit to my Visa debit account, which was accepted and processed. I received a 100% casino bonus, which I completed without violating any rules. I won 1,000,000 Chilean pesos, which I withdrew to my account via bank transfer, but it was rejected. I then received an email instructing me to withdraw the funds using the same method I used for the deposit. I contacted customer service, and they told me my withdrawal was successful and in process. About an hour later, when I logged into my account, my withdrawal was rejected. The account was closed, and now I can't access it. I emailed Casino Tonybet, but they haven't responded. It's very strange that I can't access my account. I believe this casino doesn't pay out winnings (my account is fully verified with KYC).

Hola realice una recarga de mi cuenta visa débito la cuál fue aceptada y procesada ,de la cual recibí un bono de casino del 100/100 el cual complete sin incumplimiento de reglas optube por ganancia $1.000.000 un millón de pesos chilenos el cual retire a mi cuenta por transferencia y fue rechazado,lo cual me llegó un correo para que hiciera el retiro por el mismo medio que realice la recarga lo hice hablé a atención al cliente y me dijeron que mi retiro estaba bien echo y en proceso a la hora más menos ingreso a la cuenta y mi retiro fue rechazado la cuenta se serró y ahora no puedo ingresar envié correo a cosino tonybet y no responde,es muy raro que justo no pueda ingresar a mi cuenta yo creo este casino no paga ganancia ( mi cuenta está totalmente validada kyc)
