After experiencing this myself and reading others complaints, it's clear to me that anyone winning a significant amount from Ybets will never be allowed to withdraw it. It's also clear that their bonus structure is another scheme, especially if you are subject to any withdrawal restrictions.

Beginning in early December I had a withdrawal request reversed and was restricted from withdrawing until a review occurred. It has been over two months since the "14-day" review was started.

I've had several successful withdrawals from Ybets before, no problems and no delays until that point.

Since then I lost the money I had requested to be withdrawn, however like an idiot I continued to play. Most recently, I deposited and received a 341YBS bonus (their coin) that required 50x gamble and a max of 10x withdrawal. I activated the bonus and to my surprise won significant amounts from the bonus money and gambled the 341YBS 50x. I confirmed this with Elias, their customer service representative. I gambled the YBS down to 10x the bonus, a little over 3410.00 in YBS.

However, since I was still unable to withdraw due to the restriction so I could not withdraw the bonus. I was told by customer service that I would be able to later convert the YBS to USDT and withdraw.

Then, less than a week later, the entirety of my YBS balance was gone. I contacted support and they said that not to worry, my YBS would be reinstated I could withdraw after my "14-day" review was complete.

I contacted support several times in the last few months, hearing the same thing over and over again -- just wait for the review to be complete.

It is clear to me now that Ybets is intentionally restricting withdrawals, hoping players gamble away their winnings. It's also clear that they have zero intention of honoring winnings related to their bonus currency. I will believe this until I am able to withdraw the winnings I obtained from my most recent bonus or am refunded my deposits since my last successful withdrawal.

In my most recent communication I asked for a return of all my deposits since my last successful withdrawal on 8-Oct 2024, or 24.32088653 LTC including:

In Dec I recall winning a large amount on Outsourced and Barbarossa Revenge, not under any bonus. I'm less concerned about the December wins as I admittedly gambled those winnings away while I was waiting for the 14-day review.

Under the bonus I activated (12 Jan I believe), I won at least two large amounts on Zombie Outbreak and was well over 10K in YBS. But I've played dozens of slots on the platform, so there were a few others on there where I probably accumulated winnings.

Since the withdrawal screen was blocked I could never see how much of the bonus I'd wagered so I kept having to check in with customer service. Here's a screen shot of the bonus I'd activated and one of those check-ins, at which point I had well over 8000 left in YBS, which I gambled down to 3410+ so I obviously reached the 17050 requirement.

I was told by the same representative later that I'd reached the required amount and that the YBS balance would not expire and I would be able to convert to USDT and withdraw.

Since then I've just been going back and forth with customer service.

Since the winnings you wished to withdraw in December were gambled away, we are unable to assist you in retrieving those funds. Additionally, we cannot help with refunding the deposits made after the casino began investigating your account, as these deposits were used for regular gameplay.

Could you please confirm if the casino has reinstated the bonus amount that was removed from your account? We would also appreciate it if you could forward us all communication between you and the casino’s customer support regarding the ongoing investigations. Hello and thank you for your continued attention. I understand you cannot do anything about the lost winnings that was gambled after the restricted withdrawal and subsequent now almost 3 month "review" process. I mentioned that because ultimately it's what restricted my withdrawal of the funds won with the bonus.

I can confirm that the bonus funds have not yet been restored and it won't even matter until the withdrawal restriction is lifted. I am happy to forward you all email communications I have had regarding this issue and will do so soon.

While I never anticipated the casino to refund any deposits I made after my last successful withdrawal, I do find it disingenuous to be continually offered bonuses for deposits if I'm neither going to be able to ever withdraw again -- from regular deposit or bonus winnings. And at the end of the day I don't even ever expect the 3410 bonus withdrawal to be returned to me so I will be very surprised if you are able to resolve anything.

I don't expect to ever play at Ybets again because of this and because of the continued complaints of others. But I'll continue to work with you on the slight chance that a resolution could be made.

Thank you Michal. This is the same thing they've been saying for months now. I've also noticed I'm getting emails from "Immerion" which is of course similar to "Inmerion" which was what Ybets was before, so obviously players should be aware these are all the same thing.

I just logged into Ybets and it appears they gave me a 3410 YBS bonus that I need to activate but

A: I'm still not able to withdraw (it has been 4 months now....)

B: The 3410 was the result of a bonus already being gambled 50x per their requirement in order to withdraw so I shouldn't have to gamble this 3410 50x in order to be able to withdraw.

Also it says bonus will expire in 10 days which will likely put us back in to the original situation.

A resolved situation would be:

A. I don't have to gamble the 3410 50x again.

B. I can immediately start withdrawing it per their withdrawal.

C. It doesn't expire.

Can you please ask them to clarify.

I activated the bonus and can confirm the bonus requirement is 0x to gamble and 1x withdraw. I still cannot withdraw however and the bonus is said to expire on April 10.

Apparently sending what was asked was not enough and now they want a photo of me holding what I sent them in front of their website. Is this normal? Where does it stop? I didn't have to do any of these things to deposit thousands of dollars into their system.

Before I provide any more information would like explicit confirmation that I will be able to immediately withdraw my winnings should I submit the remainder of what they are asking (if that's even something necessary). I am not going to continue this back and forth so they can continue to avoid paying out what was won.
