They've broken laws under the UK gambling act 2005 in that aspect, not to mention data protection laws amongst others (money laundering, transaction laundering etc)

They are also not adhering to tax that all UK registered casinos have to pay to be on the register.

Their license was "pending" when i gambled with them, unfortunately didn't find this out until after the fact. They advertised as a licensed casino when they didn't have one.

It's bad practice to use chargebacks, but it's not bad practice to respect the self-exclusion rules of different countries in their casinos... that's the morality of these people.
