If you check various forums, you’ll see that around 90% of the complaints about this casino are related to payouts.

I personally became one of their victims and ended up losing €9,300 after their endless lies and manipulations. You will not receive your money if you play here.

Their excuses for not paying are endless, and their support team is the worst I have ever experienced. They use manipulative tactics, belittle and ridicule players, accuse you of lying, talk over you, and repeat themselves until you are so frustrated that you leave the chat.

Your VIP status means absolutely nothing here. The so-called "VIP bonuses" are no better than what you’d get at any average casino. I wagered €159,000 in just one week, yet the withdrawal limit was only €1,000 – and even then, they don’t actually pay.

This casino raises a giant red flag. Save yourself the stress, the manipulation, and the financial loss. There are many legitimate casinos out there that pay winnings without excuses – this is not one of them.

And for anyone doubting my words: I have the evidence to prove every claim I’ve made here.

I won a small amount at this casino and after that I have been wasting over a month just trying to make a withdraw.
everytime I talk to them I get another excuse and they give me another thing that they tell me to do and after that the withdraw will be accepted but no one time every time just failed and Im getting tired of dealing with the support at this casino and they tell me deposit more cash and withdraw will be available and I did it and ofcourse still same fail error!!
I can not recomend this casino to anyone(maybe if you like to get lied to and tricked everytime you talk to them)

I guess its time to add more information here.
Directly after I wrote this review they contacted me and asking how to make me remove my review, I said its simple just pay me and thats it.
Anyway after this they have asked me for 1 more deposit so i could withdraw and also made me verify my account again, same as before and I been told that I will get paid soon etc but nothing happens, its going on 3 months or something like this of just empty promises. If nothing happens soon i will change this to an official complaint instead.

So I have gotten paid the full amount now, it took way to long time but i give the benefit of a doubt and hope they were just having problems just like they kept on telling me. But 2 month to get paid i way to long, i hope they learn from this and treat their players fair from now!
