Players had pretty similar experiences according to what I've read, it's a shame that it's like this but I'd definitely be careful when choosing a casino and if the casino has a Costa Rica license, I'd probably skip it sooner since we know it's one of the worse ones. 😕

Hm, I'd say it's not as simple as it seems and that the safety index is being lowered just at someone's request. We have a whole team behind it that keeps a close eye on things and adjusts it according to the criteria. 

However, if the casino fails to resolve the complaints, it currently has 9 open complaints, I think its safety index will be a lot lower. 

As for the other casinos, we can't just lower the safety index either. based on nothing. When players come in with a problem, they have to lodge a complaint, and if the casino doesn't try to resolve anything and it goes unsolved, then the casino will get black points, which then has an effect on its rating. 

I hope I've made that clear, so you understand and we'll see what happens next.

Why Sporstbetting.ag guys are marked as 1/10 and their group of sites.. They are REAL casino, with real fast payouts.

Well, I've been following your posts here on the forum, and I have to say that I don't understand your approach at all.

In my opinion, it is quite silly to expect a response from the authority that does not provide the license for this casino. Additionally, you keep posting forbidden links to affiliate sites despite our efforts to keep your post clear, and now again, you are offending another player.

I'll put it simply: stop with everything I mentioned, or your access to this forum will be restricted.

I really hope we are clear now, since this is not the first warning.

i got contacted someone named "Ana" yesterday..

She re-added me withdrawal options. They havent sent me any withdraw tough. Winsmania section is active atm in guru.

Also their games are unavalaible, if you enter one game, it says error.

I dont communicate with the casino am waiting for them to respond here but they have received a message or letter so hoping for some resolution even though I have kind of given up on the money which is better for me mentally and a bonus if it is resolved
