On January 9th, I explicitly disclosed my gambling addiction to their support. Instead of the "instant assistance" promised in their policy, they refused to close my account or set limits. Agent "Jef" even mocked me, saying: "If you want to stop then stop playing."

2. Illegal Advice to Circumvent Regulations:

Toshi.bet support explicitly recommended that I use a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions and access their site from a prohibited location. This is a direct violation of standard Terms of Service (ToS) and regulatory laws, used only to keep a vulnerable player depositing.

3. Predatory "Selective Identification":

They claim they cannot link accounts, yet they identified my secondary account as a "duplicate" the very second it was opened just to deny me a deposit bonus. However, they "ignored" this same link to allow me to deposit and lose over $7,700 USD via internal transfers from my banned, addicted account.

4. Lying about Technical Tools:

They repeatedly told me they "didn't have the tools" to limit my account. This was a lie. On January 15th, they magically activated a "Withdraw Mode Only" tool—proving the technology existed all along, but was withheld from me while I was begging for help.

5. Systemic Communication Failure:

As other users here have noted, they completely ignore emails. Their own support confirmed on Jan 9th that their email system was "not working," leaving players with zero official channels to seek protection.

​Even when I confronted them in live chat on January 9th, agent Coco explicitly told me: "Done, Your account was closed already". This was a lie. On January 13th, agent Jef confirmed the account was never actually closed.

​Because of this deception, the casino allowed me to deposit and lose over $9,500 USD across my two accounts while I was in a state of absolute vulnerability and begging for help.

​This money was not mine to lose, and my physical safety is now at risk because of Toshi.bet’s predatory behavior. I am begging your team to treat this as a life-threatening emergency. I'm having help of professionals already but as you can see toshi abused of my health to profit deliberately on secundary account and ignoring my account closer successive requests.

I have clear evidence that the casino violated the rules.

I requested a self-exclusion via email quite early on. This was ignored. Later, I excluded myself via live chat due to gambling addiction, and they reopened the account at my request. And this happened twice. During the second closure due to gambling addiction, I specifically told them not to let me reopen the account... but of course, they reopened it anyway.

I think this casino is some kind of exit scam or something. I haven't seen this kind of behavior in a long time. So I don't know if it even makes sense to file a complaint. There are some pretty harsh reviews on other review platforms, too. How far along are you with your complaint? Has the casino responded? I still can't see the Toshibet Casino, even with a VPN or something. I also can't access your complaint.

Ich hatte auch recht früh einen Selbstausschuss per Email beantragt. Dieser wurde ignoriert. Später hatte ich mich aufgrund von Spielsucht im Livechat ausgeschlossen, sie haben das Konto auf meine Anfrage hin wiedereröffnet. Und das ganze sogar zwei mal. Ich hatte bei der zweiten Schließung aufgrund von Spielsucht extra darauf hingewiesen, dass sie mich das Konto nicht wieder eröffnen lassen sollen....sie haben es natürlich trotzdem wieder eröffnet.

Ich glaube aber, dass es sich bei dem Casino um eine Art Exit Scam oder soetwas handelt. So ein Verhalten habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Daher weiss ich nicht, ob es überhaupt Sinn macht eine Beschwerde einzureichen. Auf anderen Bewerungsplattformen sind teilweise auch heftige Rezensionen zu sehen. Wie weit bist du mit deiner Beschwerde? Hat das Casino reagiert? Ich sehe das Toshibet Casino leider immernoch nicht, auch nicht mit Vpn oder so. Ebenso kann ich auch nicht auf deine Beschwerde zugreifen.

yes they are present there. the same happened to me. I have evidences from them that they do not reply to emails. also they told they are not monitoring emails. I had a mediator that told I didn't did enough to get my account excluded. that guy is an idiot and ignored every evidence I sent. in my case they allowed a secundary account.

To answer your question: I officially informed the casino about my addiction via chat on January 9th. At 08:05 PM, the agent confirmed the account was closed for this reason. However, they allowed me to deposit $1,650 and play on next days without any limitation.

Regarding the secondary account, I made no attempt to hide my identity:

1. Internal Transfers: For 12 consecutive days, I transferred funds directly from my primary account to the secondary account’s wallet—all within their own internal hot wallet system.

2. Same Deposit Source: I used the exact same Bybit wallet to make deposits on both accounts aswell.

3. Instant Detection: The casino identified the account as a "duplicate" on Day 1 to deny me a welcome bonus, yet they conveniently "failed" to block my deposits of over $7,900 on that secundary account.

They had every tool to protect me and chose to use those tools only to protect their own profits. I trust Martin is reviewing these internal transfer logs and the obvious link between the two accounts.
