I would like to clarify and detail my impression of the video.

1. The ball, moving naturally for a modern wheel, bounces off the separator ( Low fret) and returns back one cell (pocket), having slightly run onto the "cone" before that.

2. In #19 it oscillates and then stops.

That is, the ball does not fly like a helicopter and is not magnetized.

1. Шарик, двигаясь естественно для современного колеса, отскакивает от сепаратора (Low fret) и возвращается назад на одну ячейку (карман), слегка забежав перед этим на "конус". 

2. В №19 он совершает колебания, а потом останавливается. 

То есть, шарик не летает, как вертолёт и не примагничивается.

The ball passes over number 19, hits the right divider of 19, moves forward to about the middle of number 4, and without touching any other divider, turns back in the air and lands on 19.
