Im Gegensatz zu 95% vergleichbarer Boni anderer Anbieter sind die Bonis cashable, das heisst auch bei 500% etc wird der Bonusbetrag bei Auszahlung nicht abgezogen und es gibt keine Gewinnlimite. Es funktioniert wie alle RTG Casinos, das Backend ist ja gleich und funktioniert fehlerfrei.
Leider hat man offenbar bewusst die Falle seit Jahren nicht abgestellt und man versteckt in den AGB das man nur 1 No Deposit Bonus (Free Spins etc) nutzen darf pro Deposit, danach muss wieder ein Echtgeld Deposit kommen (darf mit Einzahlungsbonus sein). Man verteilt also zB täglich 25 Spins, Coupons über 50 AUD und jeden Samstag sogar No Deposit Bonus über 100 AUD und lässt die User zB 3 am Stück einlösen statt nach 1 zu blocken. In meinen Augen sehr schade, gleichzeitig schafft man es ja auch gewisse Partnerboni für bestimmte User zu blocken. Das kratzt doch sehr am Vertrauen!
Immerhin zahlt das Play Croco innerhalb der versprochenen 2 Werktage aus und die KYC ist via externen Anbieter in Echtzeit erledigt.

Wie erwähnt wurde bezahlt aber leider ist es auch hier wie bei allen RTG Casinos, das Sie ohne Info für alle zukünftigen Boni gesperrt werden. Es werden einfach keine mehr angezeigt und egal welchen Code Sie versuchen, es wird jeder abgelehnt.
Sehr schade, vorallem eben ohne Kommunikation an den Kunden.
