Each casino has different offers, from 1 spin per EUR deposit to a 200% bonus or 4 spins per EUR 1. One positive aspect is that payouts are fast, although "instant" is certainly not the right word; expect a maximum of 4 hours, even at night.

Unfortunately, several things are very bad: Firstly, the bonuses don't always work; in every second casino in this group, you choose offer XY and then receive a different one (in my case, 0.5 spins instead of 2 spins per EUR) or nothing at all. The live chat is more or less decorative and not at all helpful.

Contrary to industry standards, fees are charged for deposits, with the exception of Flexepin and Jeton Cash, for example. For example, you'd pay approximately €153 for a €150 deposit. This absolutely shouldn't be the case, and it's not the case with the competition either.

What I found much worse was that fees were deducted from my withdrawal via SEPA bank transfer without any warning or notification. Instead of €500, I only received €482.50! This is completely unacceptable in my opinion, and I don't need the chat to tell me about the terms and conditions and how this is used to finance the payment infrastructure. No casino I know of charges fees, or rather, I know of one or two, but they communicate this fee when requesting a withdrawal, so you can use another payment method (usually crypto) that doesn't have fees.

Das ist in meinen Augen absolut inakzeptabel und da muss mir der Chat nicht mit AGBs kommen und das man damit die Paymentinfrastruktur finanziert - KEIN Casino wo ich kenne verrechnet da Gebühren bzw. ich kenne 1-2 aber die kommunizieren diese Gebühr bei der Auszahlungsanforderung sodass man eine andere Zahlart (Crypto meistens) nutzen kann welche keine Gebühren hat.

Sehr schade, irgendwie verstehe ich die Gruppe nicht - man haut so gute Boni raus aber dann vergrault man die Kunden mit derartigen Dingen. Auch handelt man nicht kundenorientiert und beruft sich bei Nachfragen im Chat auf die AGB statt dem Kunden diese Fantasie Auszahlgebühren auf sein Casinoguthaben gutzuschreiben.
