毎日違う理由を言ってきて、数日後には今日か明日に入金されるはずだと言い続け、先週からずっとそう言っています。財務部門にリマインダーを送っているし、私の処理は最優先だと言っています。ただ、自動返信だと思うような、様々な返答が返ってくるだけです。おそらく私の出金処理には何もしてくれないでしょう。もしかしたら他にも全く同じ問題を経験している方がいらっしゃるかもしれません。もし同じ問題を抱えている方がいらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ教えてください。出金を遅らせるのは、カジノにとってあまり良いイメージではありません。
They come up with different reasons every day, have said several days I should get the money today or tomorrow, said this since last week. They say they send reminders to finance and that I am a high priority. Just lots of different answers that I suspect are auto-answers. They probably do nothing to process my withdrawal. Maybe others are experiencing exactly the same thing? I would appreciate hearing if others are having the same problem. Holding back withdrawals doesn't look very good for a casino.
De finner på forskjellige grunner hver dag, har sagt flere dager jeg burde få pengene i dag eller i morgen, sagt dette siden sist uke. De sier de sender purring på finans og at jeg er høyt prioritert. Bare masse forskjellige svar jeg mistenker å være autosvar. Trolig gjør de ingen ting for å behandle mitt uttak. Kanskje andre opplever akkurat det samme? Jeg hadde satt pris på å høre om andre står med samme problem. Å holde igjen uttak ser ikke veldig bra ut for ett casino.
