I no longer have an account at this casino and I have even deleted the email I used to avoid any phishing attempts. Guys, what I am telling you is true and I have no reason to lie. Besides, this casino is reprehensible, as can be seen from all the complaints and comments about it.

I made a deposit of €200, which I increased to €15,000 by playing. When I requested a withdrawal according to the regulations, my transaction was never completed and remained in the evaluation stage for 60 full days. When I contacted the support chat, I was constantly told that the relevant department was reviewing my request… for two months. In the end, I never received my money.

Secondly, the casino tried to steal money from my bank card. My bank informed me over the phone that there was an attempted theft. Luckily I didn't have much money in my account, but they tried to deduct €299.

This casino is really a scam. Be careful with your money!

Δεν έχω πλέον λογαριασμό σε αυτό το καζίνο και έχω διαγράψει ακόμα και το email που χρησιμοποιούσα, για να αποφύγω οποιαδήποτε προσπάθεια phishing. Παιδιά, όσα σας λέω είναι αλήθεια και δεν έχω κανένα λόγο να πω ψέματα. Άλλωστε, το καζίνο αυτό είναι κατακριτέο, όπως φαίνεται από όλες τις καταγγελίες και τα σχόλια που υπάρχουν γι’ αυτό.

Έκανα κατάθεση 200€, την οποία αύξησα σε 15.000€ παίζοντας. Όταν ζήτησα ανάληψη σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς, η συναλλαγή μου ποτέ δεν ολοκληρώθηκε και παρέμεινε στο στάδιο αξιολόγησης για 60 ολόκληρες μέρες. Όταν επικοινωνούσα με το chat υποστήριξης, μου έλεγαν συνέχεια ότι το αρμόδιο τμήμα εξετάζει το αίτημά μου… επί δύο μήνες. Τελικά, ποτέ δεν έλαβα τα χρήματά μου.

Δεύτερον, το καζίνο προσπάθησε να κλέψει χρήματα από την τραπεζική μου κάρτα. Με ενημέρωσε η τράπεζά μου μέσω τηλεφώνου ότι υπήρξε προσπάθεια κλοπής. Ευτυχώς δεν είχα πολλά χρήματα στον λογαριασμό, αλλά προσπάθησαν να αφαιρέσουν 299€.

Το καζίνο αυτό είναι πραγματικά απάτη. Προσοχή στα χρήματά σας!

I've been waiting for my payout for 10 business days (12 regular days). I've never experienced anything like this at any other casino site before. Despite contacting support several times, I'm always fobbed off with standard replies and told that processing can take up to three business days (as I said, it's now day 10!!).

I rarely write reviews, but as of now, I can only advise against making a deposit. This problem exists at all Lumina Holdings Ltd. casinos. I honestly cannot explain why a rating of 8.1 is given here, despite the lack of a license and multiple complaints about no payouts and dubious terms and conditions.

As soon as the situation has changed/the payout has been confirmed, I will amend/retract my comment accordingly. However, I doubt the casino operator even sees the complaints, as, as far as I know, they don't have a CasinoGuru account and don't publicly respond to criticism anywhere online.

Ich warte seit 10 Werktagen (12 regulären Tagen) auf meine Auszahlung. Sowas habe ich bislang auf keiner Casinoseite erlebt. Trotz mehrfachem kontakt zum Support werde ich immer mit Standard antworten hingehalten und auf eine BEarbeitungszeit von bis zu drei Werktagen verwiesen (wie gesagt mittlerweile Tag 10!!).

Ich schreibe extremst selten Bewertungen, aber kann stand jetzt nur von einer Einzahlung abraten. Das Problem besteht übendrings bei allen Casinos der Lumina Holdings Ltd. Wiso trotz fehlender Lizenz; mehrerer Beschwerden bezüglich keiner Auszahlung und unseriösen AGBs hier eine Bewertung von 8.1 angegeben ist, kann ich mir bei bestem Willen nicht erklären.

Sobald sich die Situtation geändert hat / die Auszahlung bestätigt wurde, werde ich mein Kommentar entsprechend ändern / zurücknehmen. Allerdings bezweifel ich das der Casinobetreiber die Beschwerden überhaupt sieht, da er meiner Erkenntnis nach keinen CasinoGuru-Account hat, beziehungsweise nirgendswo im Netz auf Kritik öffentlich reagiert.

Today I was able to turn €100 into €1,000. And just to be on the safe side, I cashed out €500. What I noticed is that no matter which game provider I use, there are always game breaks. And strangely enough, if I play with, for example, two euros per spin and my account balance is at €560, but the game is canceled right during that moment, normally the game should show €562 again when I reload. I paid special attention to this and that wasn't always the case. Quite often there were just breakages and the money was gone, even though the image where the break was was exactly the same before the break, if you know what I mean. So all in all, I can't really trust the casino.
The chat isn't available 24/7 either. I submitted my documents for verification, but didn't receive any response. And what bothers me is that you can normally verify yourself beforehand or during the game. It's not possible on this site; it always says, "You don't need to be verified at the moment." I obviously consider this a stalling tactic, since if you win and want to make a withdrawal, you'll probably have to wait forever for verification, or they'll keep requesting your documents. So, all in all, I can't recommend the casino in good conscience.

Ich konnte heute aus 100 € 1000 € generieren. Und habe vorsichtshalber 500 € zur Auszahlung gegeben. Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass egal bei welchem Spiel Anbieter es ständig Spiel unter Brüche gibt. Und komischerweise, wenn ich zum Beispiel mit zwei Euro pro Dreh spiele, und ich bei 560 € im Kontostand bin Das Spiel aber genau währenddessen abgebrochen wird, müsste normalerweise bei dem Reload des Spieles wieder 562 € stehen. Ich hab extra darauf geachtet und das war nicht immer der Fall. Es wurden ganz oft einfach unter Brüche gemacht und das Geld war weg obwohl das Bild wo der Unterbruch war genau das gleiche war bevor der Unterbruch war wenn ihr wisst was ich meine. Also alles in allem kann ich dem Casino nicht wirklich vertrauen.
Der Chat ist auch nicht 24 sieben verfügbar. Ich habe zwar meine Dokumente zur Verifizierung gegeben, aber hierauf auch keine Meldung erhalten. Und was mich auch noch stört. Normalerweise kann man sich vorab oder währenddessen alleine verifizieren. Dort auf dieser Seite ist es nicht möglich da steht dann immer. Im Moment müssen sie nicht verifiziert werden. Was ich natürlich als Hinhaltetaktik empfinde, dass wenn man mal gewonnen hat und eine Auszahlung machen möchte man wahrscheinlich Ewigkeiten auf die Verifizierung warten muss bis immer Unterlagen anfordern. Also alles in allem kann ich das Casino Nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen

deposited just a small amount to try out the casino, tried slots and blackjack etc, barely a win on anything, (maybe my luck was not with me) thats ok it happens, decided the casino was not for me, tried to close account then, impossible, same email over and over about if im sure i want to do this, if this is the attitude and support im getting now im glad i did not stick around and have to go through withdraw process, i would imagine its going to be a nightmare

update 13 days later account still not closed, contacted support they said it has to be reviewed! stay away from here its a nightmare!

You can't withdraw more than €700. I can't delete my account after several emails. They claim they don't speak German and I should write the message in English, which I did. My account still hasn't been deleted. Messages and emails are blocked, but they're still arriving. Unreliable!
When making a deposit it says no fee, but the fee will still be deducted!

Mehr als 700,-€ kann man sich nicht auszahlen lassen. Konto löschen nach mehreren Mails nicht möglich. Behaupten sie sprechen kein Deutsch ich soll ich die Nachricht in Englisch schreiben, was ich auch gemacht habe. Konto immer noch nicht gelöscht. Nachrichten und Mails blockiert, kommen trotzdem noch an. Unseriös!
Bei der Einzahlung steht, keine Gebühr, Gebühr wird trotzdem abgezogen!
