I had a very negative experience with this casino. I made a cryptocurrency deposit (LTC) following all the instructions provided, but the funds were never credited to my account.

What is most concerning is that I checked the transaction on the blockchain and the funds did arrive at the address provided by the casino, but were later transferred to another address, while the casino continues to say that they are "reviewing the case".

Customer support only sends generic responses, with no clear timelines or concrete explanations. The review process has taken far too long, which creates serious distrust and the feeling that they are simply delaying the issue.

When real money is involved, transparency and speed are essential, and this casino fails at both.
I do not recommend depositing here, especially using cryptocurrencies, as if a problem occurs, the support is slow and ineffective.

I’m writing this review to share my recent experience with InstantCasino, which is still unresolved as of today.

After completing KYC verification, my account was closed due to a "duplicate account." Despite this, the casino confirmed in writing that my full remaining balance of €23,603.16 would be refunded manually.

I’ve received multiple emails confirming that the refund was processed on October 11th, and that the funds should reflect in my account by November 11th. However, since then, I’ve had no further replies from the casino’s support or complaints department, even after several follow-ups.

I've been playing at Instant Casino for a few weeks now and recently made a significant profit. So far, the experience has been positive: verification was quick, and I've already been able to withdraw €10,000 without any problems.

The withdrawal limits (€4,000/day, €10,000/week, and €20,000/month) are well explained, although for large withdrawals the process takes quite a while. In my case, it will take several months to complete the full withdrawal.

In short, if you make money here, you'll have to wait a very long time (between 3-7 days), as this is done so that you become impatient and cancel the withdrawal, thus losing your money.

Be lucky if you get KYC verified (I was verified without any problems, but I've seen others who tend to have a lot of trouble with this).

Es la primera vez que voy a poner una reseña y llevo jugando en casinos crypto algo +8 años.

Si vas a apostar en este casino, prefiero darselo a un perro antes que a este casino, para depositar es muy simple, eso si, si depositas 500€ por ejemplo, te cobraran 525€, si depositas 300€, 330€ de cobro.. asi.., pero para el retiro, reza a dios, el diablo, buda, que si tienes suerte, te procesan el retiro en unas 100 horas, si no, hay que enviar 300 correos (literalmente +100 correos y no te hacen caso), para que te procesen el retiro y obviamente, nunca lo harán.

Retiradas esperando +48 horas, sin respuesta del soporte, ni por correo, ni por telegram (aqui al menos te ayudan, pero no pueden hacer mucho o no les da la gana). Casualmente gané casi 4000€, llevaba en perdidas casi 1 mes, solo retire 2 veces para probar que llegan los retiros, y el primero fue instantaneo, el segundo tardo 1 hora aproximadamente, era poco dinero, unos 100€ de retiro, pero cuando gané esa cantidad, los retiros nunca se procesaban, incluso a veces los rechazaban, todo esto con el KYC verificado, la cuenta todo OK, sin ningun problema, pero cuando estaba en negativo, las retiradas eran más rapidas, pero NUNCA AUTOMATICAS, solo la primera, me imagino para que tengas buena impresión de que pagan automaticamente y después, olvidate...

Es el primer casino crypto que no es instantaneo las retiradas.. y lo más gracioso es que se llama "INSTANTCASINO", instantaneo de que te quita el dinero automaticamente y nunca lo vuelves a ver?

Ya se ha dado parte y hecho disputa en un registro a mi banco para la devolución de todo el dinero depositado, ya que las retiradas NUNCA SE PROCESAN, por suerte tengo una platinum y seguro de compras, asi que probablemente se me reembolse el dinero, ya me pasó con otro casino y al tiempo recupere el dinero.. porque este tipo de prácticas que hacen son ilicitas... y repito, mi cuenta esta todo correcto, dicho por ellos mismo, con el KYC verificado, mail, DNI y documentos enviados...

más de 50 retiros y solo 1 ha llegado instantaneo, los otros que comento NUNCA, siempre tuve que esperar entre 1 y 7 dias para que se procese y otros 2-3 días para que me llegue al banco, en resumen si ganas el dia 1, probablemente tengas el dia 15 tu dinero, y si tienes suerte de que te lo procesen... si no... nada..

encima les pides ayuda por telegram y solo te dicen que esperes una respueta.. una respuesta de qué? si llevo esperando 3-4 dias para que me procesen el retiro... un retiro de un casino que dice que es instantaneo..

en resumen, si ganas dinero aquí, vas a tener que esperar muchisimo tiempo (entre 3-7 dias), que esto lo hacen para que te impacientes y canceles la retirada, y pierdas tu dinero.

Tener suerte de que te verifiquen con el KYC (a mi me verificaron sin problemas, pero he visto a mas gente que suelen dar mucho problema con esto).
