Seems to be one of the better Stable Tech casinos, especially since I recently had to contact the licensing authority via AdR at one of their other casinos. I deposited €20 because they were offering another 200% bonus, which they now have almost weekly at their casinos since introducing a win limit of x10 on the bonus amount.

Due to an oversight, I accidentally wagered €6 instead of €0.60 in a single spin of a slot machine. Unfortunately, this casino's software is configured in such a way that bets exceeding the maximum allowed with bonus funds aren't blocked, and it was clear to me that continuing to play was pointless. Even if the spin resulted in no winnings, they would simply cite this spin as the reason for cancellation when I tried to withdraw. So, I cancelled the bonus with a €65 account balance; my real money balance was shown as €0.

I had dismissed it, and shortly after the cancellation I had a little over 20 euros in real money, although I suspect a bug because if you deposit 20 euros + receive a 40 bonus, you have 0 euros real money + 60 in bonus money.
Anyway, I used this credit to play an Endorphina slot with a 500x multiplier and then ended up paying out 500 euros.

After the initial rejection due to missing credit card verification, the subsequent attempt to pay by credit card was also unsuccessful. The third attempt, with payment to a German IBAN, was successful in under 24 hours via real-time transfer.

Durch ein Versehen hab ich in einem Slot ausversehen in 1 Spin 6 Euro statt 60 cent eingesetzt. Dieses Casino hat leider die Software so konfiguriert dass ein höherer als maximal erlaubter Einsatz bei Bonusgeld nicht blockiert wird und da war für mich klar das es keinen Sinn macht weiterzuspielen, selbst wenn der Spin 0.0 Gewinn machte würde man sich ja eh beim Auszahlen auf diesen Spin berufen und stornieren. Also stornierte ich den Bonus mit 65 Euro Kontostand, Echtgeld zeigte es 0 an.

ich hatte das abgehakt und wenig später nach dem Abbruch etwas mehr als 20 Euro bei Echtgeld, wobei ich da einen Bug vermute weil wenn man 20 Euro einzahlt + 40 Bonus bekommt, hat man 0 Euro echtgeld + 60 bei Bonusgeld.
Wie auch immer, hab mit diesem Guthaben in einem Endorphina Slot 500x Multiplikator gehabt und daraufhin am Ende 500 Euro ausgezahlt.

Nach erster Ablehnung weil noch eine Kreditkarte Verifikation fehlte war die nächste mit Zahlung auf Kreditkarte nicht erfolgreich. Im dritten Anlauf mit Auszahlung auf deutsche Iban klappte es dann in unter 24h per Echtzeitüberweisung

It has now been more than 2 weeks since jet4bet closed my account for no appearant or given reason. I have not received my withdrawals and all communication from me has gone unanswered.

I am happy to say that casinoguru has agreed to try to help with my case through my complaint.

For now, I must firmly hope this post is read and that players dont deposit to this casino.
I registered at jet4bet.com around a week ago, after seeing promtion online.
I made a deposit and lost. 2 days ago they offered me enhanced 2nd welcome bonus. After a series of deposits, i had exhausted my bonuses and made a raw (non-bonus) deposit for 500 NOK, on which I won on slots and in the end requested a withdrawal of 10500 NOK. Additionally I won 500 NOK on some freespins for climbing player levels. I put this in a separate withdrawal request.

This is now a couple days ago.

I woke up early today to an email from their support. Jet4bet Casino Support

My pending withdrawals are not mentioned in the email and have not been processed.
My scam-radar immediately goes off. I try to connect with their live support, but as my account is disabled, I can not connect with a live support agent. Convenient.

I immediately emailed them and politely said I accept that they choose who they want as customers, but wanted immediate clarification on my withdrawal status.

No response by this afternoon, upon when I emailed them again to respond and clarify immediately or I would take the matter further (which I of course will). Now, 4 hours after last email, still no response.

The situation at the moment is that I won from real money, raw deposit, had my account closed without any mention of my funds, and my ability to contact them removed.
I have heard of casinos abusing bonus terms to defraud or take players funds/winnings, but closing account, and removing players access to legit winnings from real money deposit, is first time, and they have left me in a situation where I must assume they intend to defraud me of my funds.

I strongly urge all players to avoid registering and making delosits to jet4bet.com.

Using their bonuses, means agreeing to 50 x wagering, which is less interesting as they will close accounts without explanation if player wins, and removing players access to legit winnings, be it from bonus deposit or non-bonus deposit.

My Experience with Jet4Bet – Repeated Withdrawal Rejections Without Any Explanation

I want to share my recent and very frustrating experience with Jet4Bet, hoping that someone might be able to help or at least shed some light on what’s happening.

I would like to express my frustration of this casino. My account has been verified about 4 weeks ago, I have received Email confirming my withdrawal was fully verified. I have won $17000 AUD and my first 2 withdrawals were OK. When I thought everything is good, the hectic was happening. My third withdrawal has been cancelled, as they request more bank statement. I have provided them and wait for a few more days, then they were requesting more information. They were asking for a photo that I need hold my ID in front of my house with the house number on it, it is ridiculous request and most of the houses in Australia may not have house number. They also asked for the payslips of last 3 months to prove my income source. Anyway, I have been very cooperative and submitted them accordingly, but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now, still did not hear back from them about the KYC process. They just keep refuse to pay the winnings and keep asking me to wait. It is very unreasonable and unfair. Please avoid to play here.
