I requested a cash out 4/3/23. I waited the full 18 business days because I figured they would wait the maximum. Well on 5/1 my request finally showed completed. I asked the chat about it and they said they would check with my account manager and they would contact . I never received any withdrawal and no contact from manager.

I emailed them twice to check about it and BOOM, my account was closed and login was invalid with no response or reason. They stole my cash out and close my account with no response or explanation. Total scam .
Don’t trust them. They are thieves and shady. I contacted them on chat as a "guest " and as soon as I told them what happened and my email the chat popped up as "live chat is unavailable right now". When I had just talked to someone. Do not spend a dime here.
