I submitted a request on March 31 and have the email where I submitted it. The next day I got a email saying that we no longer do SC. I would say I still get my redemption legally right?

I am not received my payment. I have sent them two different emails I have tried to call the phone number provided for them in the emails and it just gives a busy signal and I can never get through to anybody the emails are superficial and they will not speak to me I don't know how to send you a copy of my emails
