Every web-based email service provides the option "forgot your password," so there is definitely a way to access your email.
As I already mentioned above, the live chat operator indeed advised you to open a new account, but it is crucial for you to understand that this was done after you informed them that you don't have access to your email and phone number. Please understand that without previous permission from the support team, transferring the funds from your old account to your new account is usually not possible just like that.

The aforementioned screenshot with recommendations for registering a new account has no relation to the current case, moreover, we cannot even be sure that this is a real screenshot and not a fiction. We have not found such correspondence in the database recently.
