Hi, thanks for the quick response.

I used the welcome bonus and successfully implemented it, then I uploaded my complete documents and requested a payout on 03/14. When my payout was not processed after 3 days, I wrote to support and asked: because of technical problems at beem casino, I should wait another 2 days and I will only be verified when the casino has fixed the problems. To date, my payout and verification is in process after almost 1 month. I have never played there before so I am not verified there and have never made a withdrawal before. On the Internet I found out that many other customers have exactly the same problems as me and are waiting for verification and payment. The casino only tries to stall us customers with the hope that we will cancel the payout and then lose the win. Very dubious in my eyes the beem casino

Ich habe denn willkommensbonus benutzt und erfolgreich umgesetzt,daraufhin hab ich meine vollständigen Dokumente hochgeladen und eine Auszahlung beantragt am 14.03. Als nach 3 Tagen meine Auszahlung nicht bearbeitet würde hab ich denn Support angeschrieben und nachgefrag: da technisch Probleme bei beem casino soll ich noch 2 tage warten und ich erst verifiziert werde wenn das casino die probleme behoben hat. Bis heute ist meine Auszahlung und verifizierung in der bearbeitung nach fast 1Monat. Ich habe zuvor noch nie dort gespielt daher bin ich nicht dort verifiziert und noch nie eine Auszahlung getätigt zuvor. Im Internet hab ich erfahren das viele andere kunden genau die selben Probleme habe wie ich und auf die verifizierung und Auszahlung warten. Das casino versucht uns kunden nur hinzuhalten mit der Hoffnung das wir die Auszahlung abbrechen und denn gewinn doch noch verspielt. Sehr unseriös in mein augen das beem casino
