Sempre solicitei saque para a minha conta bancária e recebia em dois dias úteis. Tudo sem problemas.
Porém, dia 22/09/2020, eu solicitei um saque no valor de 1085,00 brl, para a minha conta bancária (como sempre fiz). Me deram um prazo inicial de 2 dias úteis, mas não recebi. Depois me deram o prazo de 5 dias úteis, porem, também não recebi. Entrei em contato inúmeras vezes com a BETGOLD e ficam enrolando com respostas automáticas e/ou dizem ´´ não há um prazo para o pagamento ou ´´pedimos que aguarde hoje, caso não compensado voce pode retornar , ou seja, claramente estão enrolando.
