The player from Arizona faced issues withdrawing winnings from Coinbets777 after fully completing the KYC check. Despite adhering to bonus rules and terms, the casino only allowed a cashout of $250 from a $2400 balance, demanding that the entire balance be lost for further withdrawals, which deviated from expected payout limits. The issue was resolved outside of the complaint thread, with the player confirming satisfaction with the outcome. The Complaints Team marked the complaint as resolved in their system.
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely.
Have you played with bonuses in this casino before?
When did you make the last successful withdrawal and were these winnings accumulated with a bonus?
Could you please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru? Alternatively, you can post it here.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
First off, I want to thank you so much for helping me out with this issue for free. I have also added more details about the situation.
Before this incident, I have played with bonuses multiple times, and Coinbets777 have always followed the rules of the bonuses. On my latest deposit, "David Jackson" and I came up with the agreement that if I deposit $175, he will give me a $500 chip. Now the rules of the $500 chip are: I must wager 35x the chip, and a max cash out of $500 dollars. After I was done with the wagering requirements, I was well above $500. However, they only let me withdraw $500. This is fine because it says the max cashout is $500 in the rules of the bonus. I later received two payouts from Coinbets777. $175(from my deposit ) and then $500. This, along with other payouts I received, made me trust Coinbets777.
The next day "David" texted me, and trouble soon unfolded. "David" convinced me to deposit more money. This time, we came up with the agreement that if I deposit $495, they will give me a $1600 chip. I thought the reason they were offering me such a generous bonus was because I have lost so much money on the site, and they want to keep me playing. So I decided to deposit again. Before depositing, I accidentally selected a different bonus instead. This was the 600% boost I have previously talked about. I was pretty upset about this because I was most likely going to lose everything. Even though I had to wager over $114,000, I got really lucky and maintained most of the bonus. I currently have $2655.37 left over. My balance currently shows $2405.37 because I have $250 requested. Also, the bonus I accepted said I would also receive 150 free spins on "Crown of Camelot". I never got this bonus. However, I do not want this bonus added to my account. I just want my entire balance paid out.
I have attached screenshots of the casino's terms and service, bonus rules, and my conversation with "David Jackson". I have also attached a screenshot of me receiving and sending money to Coinbets777(wallet ending in n4 is payouts from CoinBets777 and wallet ending in E4 is going to Coinbets777). If more information is necessary, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will email you the rest of the screenshots.
Thank you for your reply, joshlaurie10. Do I understand correctly that the casino confiscated all your winnings including $250? Did you receive any explanation regarding the deposit refund?
If there is any other communication between you and the casino, please forward it to me.
So the casino initially only let me request $250. "David Jackson" said he only cash it out if I lose my entire balance. I refused to lose my balance. I complained to customer support about it every day and had no luck. Finally, I told them if they cash me out $500, I will deposit $2000. The casino immediately let me request another $250. They then immediately sent me $500 to my BTC adress. Of course I refused to deposit $2000. They called me a liar. This is the most ironic thing I have ever heard. It has been 2 weeks since that incident, and I still message support every day. They insist that I must lose entire balance, or deposit more money on their sister site, eurobets. They deny that the companies are related. However, they are both owned by Epefil limited. About a week ago, they let me request another $250 if I agree to cancel it and do a reversal deal. This is where I cancel my withdraw. I of course never canceled it. They are still refusing to cash out that $250 I requested. The casino still owes me over $2000. I don't have all the screenshots of over conversations because the live chats disappear on Snapchat and the website. If more information is needed, please don't hesitate to ask more questions. I sent you an email with more screenshots of the conversation.
Thank you very much, joshlaurie10, for your cooperation. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Adam (adam.m@casino.guru) who will be at your service. I wish you the best of luck and hope the problem will be resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
I have reviewed your case and will contact the casino to see if I can help.

Dear Coinbets777 Casino,
Can you please provide further insight into the situation? Why does the player have to lose their entire balance in order to be able to withdraw their winnings?
