Eldoah Casino - タグエラーによりプレイヤーの資金が遅延しています。

When I attempted to send XRP by selecting it and using copy and paste, the page displayed was garbled.

After consulting with support, I was told that the garbled text was fine.

I sent the XRP as instructed by support, but due to a tag error, the XRP was lost.

Even though retrieving XRP due to a tag error typically takes about a day, Eldorado falsely claimed it would take several weeks.

Since the XRP retrieval process requires Eldorado to apply to their exchange for the withdrawal in order for my funds to be returned, I made a request to Eldorado, but they have perpetually not responded.

From 12/29/2024 to today, 1/14/2025, there has been no progress, and Eldorado has not responded at all.

No matter how many times I email, I only receive nonsensical and standard responses like "check with your exchange" or "it’s being processed now," without any refund.

This casino looks down on its users and frequently ignores emails.

Since Eldorado only provides false information, I requested them to send a screenshot of the screen as evidence if they are indeed applying for XRP withdrawal, but all requests have been ignored.

The fact that something that should be refunded in one day has been left unattended for 14 days is proof that Eldorado has not applied for the retrieval of the lost XRP from the exchange.

I hope for Eldorado to immediately apply to the exchange for the XRP withdrawal and refund my funds.

They mentioned a fee is required, but it's abnormal not to explain how much the fee is.

Additionally, as this incident is due to a system error on Eldorado’s side, and entirely their responsibility, Eldorado should bear the fee.

XRP入金を選択しコピーアンドペーストでXRPを送金しようとしたところ、表示されているページは文字化けしていた。

サポートに確認すると文字化けしたままでよいと説明を受けた。

私はサポートの指示通りXRPを送金しましたが、タグ間違いでXRPは消えた。

XRPのタグ間違いは通常1日もあれば取り出しが可能にも関わらずエルドアは数週間かかると虚偽をした。

XRPの取り出し作業はエルドア側の取引所にエルドアが取り出し申請をしないと私に資金は返却されない為、エルドアに依頼をかけたが永遠に対応しない。

2024/12/29から本日2025/1/14現在全く進展しないままでエルドアは一切対応しない。

メールを何度してもこちらの取引所に確認しろだの今手続き中だの意味不明な定型文ばかりで返金はされない。

このカジノはユーザーを見下しており、メールを度々無視する。

エルドアは虚偽ばかりなので私はXRPの取り出し申請を現在本当に行っているのであればその証拠となる画面のスクリーンショットを送付するよう要求したが全て無視された。

通常1日で返金されるものが14日間も放置されているという事はエルドアが取引所に失われたXRPの取り出し申請をしていない証拠である。

私はエルドアが即時取引所にXRPの取り出し申請を掛け資金を返金するよう希望します。

また手数料が必要との事だが手数料がいくらかの説明もない事は異常である。

また本事件はエルドア側のシステムエラーであり、全てエルドアの責任の為、エルドアが手数料を負担するべきである。
