9月22日に出金をしようとしたら「現在、出金はできません。お問い合わせください。」という表示になり、ベットしようとしても「現在、ベットはできません。お問い合わせください。」という表示になりました。

正確に私がベットした数を数えていないのですがこの3日間で200回くらいはベットしたと思います。メールも約200通来てました。そして、9/29 アカウント閉鎖というメールが来て、アカウントにログインもできなくなりました。(添付5、6画像あり)規約違反と書いてあり、なんの規約違反か聞いても返信がなく、今に至っております。取り消しを通知したメールには不正な方法でベットされたと書いてあり、問い合わせの回答では規約違反をしたと書いてありました。(添付7、8)

基本的にポイント間でしか賭けられないようになっていたので、ポイントが決まってから賭けるようなことはしていません。そして、そもそもそういったことはできません。
また、本件はeCograにも相談をしました。
しかし、「Pinnacleはキュラソーライセンス管轄となったため、eCograは仲裁できません。キュラソーライセンスへお問合せください」
と連絡があったのみで対応は進みませんでした。
