Hallmark Casino - デポジットなしボーナスからのプレイヤーの賞金は無効になりました。

I tried to raise 800 dollars and they didn't let me and they even took all my money. I complained and what I was told that the bonus has a minimum deposit of 30 dollars. To which I replied that I had made the deposit, then they gave the excuse that I had played several bonuses. And they stopped responding.

They are cheats just want us to deposit and pay nothing.

In terms and conditions I said that I complied with points 11.4 and 11.5 and told them that they are not complying with 2.3 that they should have the terms and conditions in all the countries that operate.

They stopped responding and left me with the $ 30 deposit.

So it is a casino for those who have a lot of money because they only receive do not pay, shameful their attitude.

Tentei levantar 800 dolares e nao me deixaram e inclusive tiraram me o dinheiro todo. Reclamei e ao que me disseram que o bonus tem um deposito minimo de 30 dolares. Ao que eu respondi que tinha efectuado o deposito, depois deram a desculpa que tinha jogado varios bonus. E deixaram de responder.

Sao uns aldraboes so querem que depositemos e pagar nada. 

Nos terms and conditions falei que cumpri os pontos 11.4 e 11.5 e disse lhes que eles nao estao a cumprir a 2.3 que deviam ter o terms and conditions em todos os paises que operam.

Deixaram de responder e ficaram me com os 30 dolares do deposito.

Portanto e um casino para quem tem muito dinheiro pois so recebem nao pagam, vergonhoso a atitude deles.

I would really like to help you, but I would need a proof that you didn’t breach the casino's bonus T&Cs. This could be, for example, a screenshot of your transaction history. Also I would like to ask you if you claimed another bonus without fulfilling the wagering requirements of the previous bonus.
