Librabet keeps delaying my withdrawal, and in the chat, I am constantly given excuses. They say the finance department has a long list, that I am in the final processing stage, etc., but the withdrawal is not being processed (see attachment).

1)Status verification according to Librabet: No verification is currently necessary

2) The winnings were achieved with both real money and bonus money, after the wagering requirements the bonus portion became real money

3) last contact was 28.10.24 (see attachment of the complaint submission, Librabet chat from 28.10.24); it was about the missing payout

2) Die Gewinne wurden sowohl mit echtem Geld und Bonusgeld erzielt, nach den Umsetzbedingungen wurde der Bonusanteil zum Echtgeld

3) letzter Kontakt war der 28.10.24 (siehe Anhang von der Beschwerde-Einreichung, Librabet-chat vom 28.10.24); es ging um die fehlende Auszahlung
