Good evening. Not receiving concrete answers and after being bounced from email to email of the various sections of the casino I am writing to you... I played almost 4 5 thousand euros in one evening... at the end of the evening I won 8000 thousand. I go to withdraw and they reject all my requests because the limit they put on me is 100 euros per day. Which if I go to withdraw it doesn't even let me withdraw those because the first withdrawal was on mastercad and the maximum amount was 500 euros

I contacted support asking how long it takes and no one can answer me.. since I had also thought about closing the account because lately I've been playing a lot and I don't want to become addicted I wanted to withdraw close the account which I can't do... I sent various emails saying how I could do if I close the account and provide an IBAN how long would it take to see my balance on the account but no response..

Non ricevendo risposte concrete e dopo essere stato sbalzato da mail a mail delle varie sezioni del casino scrivo a voi...ho giocato quasi 4 5 mila euro in una sera ..a fine serata ne vinco 8000 mila. Vado a prelevare e mi rigettano tutte le richieste perché il limite che mi hanno messo è di 100 euro al giorno. Cosa che se vado a prelevare non mi fa prelevare neanche quelli perché il primo prelievo era su mastercad e l importo massimo era di 500 euro

Ho contattato l assistenzachiedendo quanto ci mettono e nessuno mi sa rispondere ..essendo che avevo pensato anche di chiudere il conto perché ultimamente sto giocando tanto e non vorrei diventare dipendente volevo prelevare exhiudere il conto cosa che non posso fare...ho mandato varie mail dicendo come potessi fare se chudo il conto e clfornisco un iban in quanto tempo vedrei il mio saldo sul conto ma nessuna risposta..
