It’s now 1 month later and I’m still getting the worst run around I’ve ever experienced. I gamble a lot and figured I’d take this offer in hopes I’d like the casino and continue to deposit and play here. I have sent my drivers license and proof of address exactly 17 times as of today as every time I contact them the agent would give me a different reason on why I had to send again. Two weeks ago I was told all my documents were perfect and KYC will be completed within 24 hours. This morning I’m back to "We’ve never received your documents". It’s almost comical at this point.
