What an absolute joke of a casino... I won $100 after receiving free spin offers... I was denied saying that I can't have multiple free bonuses/chips. When trying to explain that I was directly offered the bonuses and that a business should not be making offers that at the same time conflict with their t&c's I was ignored and then cut off. I then went back to close the account and when asked why I provided feedback about their business practises being unfair by placing the customer in a position that violates t&c's and how its not good business practise and what results from it... I swear these agents have a collective I.Q of about 50. Just a bunch of dimwits that should be somewhere else colouring with crayons. Steer well clear of this casino.... Bad experience, bad systems, bad service.
