I believe this casino to be completely unacceptable I would not waste your money. I deposited cash to my account ended up winning almost $700 requested a payout on the 25th of May submitted my documentation on the 29th after speaking to customer service cuz I hadn't heard anything through email or telephone and they said that I needed to submit my documentation again so I did still heard nothing. Chatted with customer service again they said they never received my documentation so I sent it again on the 3rd of june. So now this is three times I've submitted my documentation and here we are on the 6th and I still haven't heard nothing yet they can send promotional emails to me constantly. Yeah I just wouldn't waste your money or your time they're not going to pay out. I'm not only frustrated but very disappointed in their overall customer service.
